We provide services in-house, such as the design, engineer blueprints, city coordination, permit approvals, material ordering and installation, plumbing, electrical, and all other general contracting services. If you have a dream or an idea, we can make it a plan, and then a reality.
COMPLIMENTARY IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
The first step in the home remodeling process is scheduling your in-home design consultation with one of our project managers. This allows us the opportunity to see the space and scope of work, discuss your budget, and provide you with an accurate estimate for your project. During your in-home consultation, we will also be able to determine if an engineer is needed to draft blueprints and obtain permit approval.
RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
Depending on the scope of your project, a quote will be provided to you within three days of your initial in-home consultation.
Once the budget and scope of work are agreed upon, we’ll take precise measurements of your home and invite you to a local showroom of your liking to select finish materials, such as cabinets, countertops, and flooring for your new dream space.
Next, we’ll help draft a design to help you visualize the outcome. This will also help with the selection of materials to help you see the full design concept with the layout, colors, and materials altogether.
